How SloopStack handles information when you visit the company website, contact us, use SloopStack Account, activate licensed software, download products, or request support.

We may receive contact and organization details you submit, account and order information created through the customer portal, product entitlement and website-activation records needed to validate licensed software, support messages, and ordinary technical information such as browser, device, IP address, timestamps, and security logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested products and services, operate accounts and subscriptions, deliver protected downloads, validate licences, provide updates and support, respond to enquiries, secure the service, prevent abuse, maintain records, and meet legal or financial obligations.
Payments and service providers
Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider used at checkout rather than being intentionally stored in SloopStack product code. We may use hosting, email, payment, analytics, storage, customer-support, and security providers where necessary to operate the service.
Licence and product telemetry
Commercial products may send the minimum information needed for entitlement checks, such as product identifier, version, site URL, licence reference, activation state, and request metadata. SloopStack Manager is designed not to include passwords, full licence keys, payment details, or private website content in its diagnostic summary.
Retention and security
We keep records for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, account history, security, dispute handling, tax or legal requirements, and legitimate business records. We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about the personal information associated with your SloopStack relationship, request correction, or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, billing, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. You can also choose not to submit optional enquiry information.
