Anyone building a website or running activities around chess: federations, academies, schools, coaches, tournament organizers, leagues, clubs and chess communities. Choose the features that fit your work.
Is this a theme, a plugin, or both?
Both. The companion theme presents your public website; the Chess Suite plugin powers editing and organization workflows. They run on your WordPress website.
Can we make it look like our own organization?
Yes. Use your logo, choose a design collection, change shared colors and typography, and customize individual sections. Header and footer layouts can be switched in the live editor.
Do we have to use every feature?
No. Start with the website and enable the workflows your team needs. Features are available according to your plan, and display sections can be hidden or removed.
Can applications be approved automatically after payment?
Yes, when you enable the relevant approval option. Approval follows a verified live payment. Cash and bank transfer require staff confirmation; test payments do not approve members.
Are these examples real customer records?
No. These are interactive product illustrations using native page templates, fictional names, sample records and illustrative participants. They demonstrate current features without accessing a real customer account.
What do online meetings need?
Meetings are included in Chess Plus. Camera and microphone access require HTTPS and browser permission. Recording and Drive archiving also depend on your hosting, network and configured connections.
What happens when a subscription expires?
After applicable trial or grace periods, higher-tier access is restricted and Essential remains available. Your stored records are retained. Eligible plugin and theme updates appear in WordPress.
Where do customers get support?
Sign in to SloopStack Account and open Support. Create a private conversation, follow replies or share an idea with the moderated customer community. Customers do not need the WordPress admin dashboard.
