Who is Chess Suite for?+
Chess Suite is built for chess federations, clubs, academies, leagues, schools, associations, tournament organizers, and other chess organizations. Organization type changes the language and identity used throughout the system while the underlying tools stay connected.
Is Chess Suite just a theme?+
No. The theme is the public website layer. Chess Suite also provides operational workspaces for members, players, competitions, ratings, meetings, learning, communications, roles, governance, and administration.
Can we choose a different website design?+
Yes. Chess Suite includes Heritage, Modern Arena, and Momentum. Each design uses the same organization data and product features, so changing the visual direction does not require rebuilding your content.
Can we migrate our existing website or records?+
Yes, where the source data can be mapped safely. Migration scope depends on the current platform, data quality, memberships, tournaments, content, and integrations. SloopStack can plan a staged migration when needed.
How do updates work?+
Licensed Chess Suite installations receive protected WordPress update metadata from SloopStack. The Subscription screen and SloopStack Manager can check the entitlement server, refresh WordPress update data, show installed and available versions, and then let an administrator choose when to apply an update.
Is there a live demo?+
Yes. The Chess Suite demo site uses fictional organization data and lets you switch between the three included website designs. Product screenshots on SloopStack.com also use fictional data so customer records are never needed for marketing.
