Understand your licenses and activations
Find the software access associated with your purchase and the websites using it.
What Licenses is for
- Licenses lists the product access connected to your account. Open the relevant product to review its plan, status and website activations.
- An account with no completed licensed purchase may have no license yet. That should be an empty state with a route to available products, not evidence that you must activate something in the browser.
Activate the product
- Use the product’s license key and its installation guide on the website where the software is installed. For Chess Suite, activation happens in WordPress → Chess Suite → Subscription.
- Review the activation allowance and domain before moving a license. Deactivate an old website only when you intend to release that installation.
If the account and product disagree
- Check the email, product name and license status in the account, then refresh the license from the installed product. Verify that you are looking at the intended website rather than a staging copy.
- If Licenses only reloads the overview or your completed purchase is absent, contact support with the URL and order number. Do not share a full key in a screenshot.
